1) Contact YOUR SPONSOR at their toll free number or by email and inform them that you plan to work at a second job!!!
2) YOUR SPONSOR will provide you a Job Offer form for you and your second employer to complete.
3) In addition to the Job Offer, your second employer needs to provide a copy of their business license and proof of Workers’ Compensation.
4) Submit all documents to YOUR SPONSOR by email.
5) Do not start to work at the second job until your job isn’t approved by YOUR SPONSOR!
Working a second job without SPONSOR approval will result in a negative effect on your status in the program.
Keep yourself in a good-standing status and follow the instructions!!!
